if there is one thing that drives lindsay, it’s supporting women wherever they are on their journey. She loves dreaming up curated experiences that will be transformative through the cultivation of community, cutting edge science focusing on female health, and empowering women with the resources, knowledge and support to take charge of their lives and flourish on their own terms. She is also best known as the cold plunge doula.

Heather Southerland
Heather describes the vision for her work as “strength and mobility coaching through the lens of longevity”. She subscribes to the science-supported and evidence-based belief that lifting heavy things along with purposeful mobility work is paramount to living the healthiest version of one’s self for as long as possible.

Jenna Sanders
Jenna's passion is to help you see that you're already whole as you are. Together you will get curious and find ways to help you integrate more fully into that wholeness. The process is different for every individual, but the end goal is a joyful embodiment. Therapeutic yoga, Ayurveda, and Thai Bodywork are the modalities Jenna is trained in and found to be the most instrumental in a healing journey.
